By accessing or using Faro (the "Platform"), operated by ProquBe AI ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all users, including those who register for early access, beta testing, or any other pre-launch program offered by the Company.
Faro is an Agentic Operating System — a cloud-hosted autonomous agent that executes tasks on behalf of users. The Platform operates real browsers, runs code in isolated containers, calls real APIs, writes and deploys software, generates images, and conducts web research. Faro is not a chatbot wrapper; it is a computer the AI operates on behalf of the user.
The Platform is currently in early access / beta. Features, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. Access during this phase is provided at the Company's sole discretion.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. If you are registering on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Registration for early access does not guarantee access to the Platform. The Company reserves the right to approve or deny any registration request at its sole discretion. Early access is provided free of charge for the first cohort of users, subject to capacity limits. The Company may transition to a paid model at any time with reasonable notice.
Early access users may be asked to provide feedback, participate in surveys, or engage in product testing activities. Participation is voluntary but appreciated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use of your account.
The Platform uses Firebase Authentication with Google OAuth for identity verification and JWT session cookies (HS256, 7-day expiry) for session management. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party.
You agree not to use the Platform to:
The Platform enforces rate limits: 500 requests per 15 minutes globally, 30 requests per minute for AI/LLM procedures, and 20 requests per 15 minutes for authentication endpoints. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.
The Platform, including its architecture, codebase (internally referenced as qubeclaw-cxo-suite), design, trademarks, and all content generated by the Company, is the exclusive property of ProquBe AI and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Content you create using the Platform remains your property. By using the Platform, you grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive license to process your inputs and outputs solely to provide the service. The Company does not claim ownership over user-generated content.
The @faro/sdk, Faro LLM Runtime, and all associated APIs are proprietary to ProquBe AI. Any apps built using Faro's Dev section that incorporate @faro/sdk are subject to the SDK's separate license terms.
Access to the Faro Task API requires an API key in the format fro_live_[32 alphanumeric chars]. API keys are shown once upon creation and are stored as bcrypt hashes. You are responsible for securing your API keys.
Credit usage is governed by the plan selected at the time of subscription. The Company reserves the right to modify pricing and credit allocations with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods unless explicitly stated in your plan.
The Platform integrates with third-party services including but not limited to Gmail, Slack, GitHub, Stripe, HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, Google Drive, and Google Calendar. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. The Company is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of third-party services.
Connector credentials are encrypted in the database and injected at runtime via environment variables. They are never stored in plaintext, logs, or code.
Code execution occurs in isolated Docker containers with no outbound internet access, read-only root filesystems, and tmpfs-only storage for /workspace and /tmp. Container memory is limited to 512 MB and CPU to 50% of one vCPU. Workspace containers have a 24-hour idle timeout and a 7-day maximum age.
The Company is not liable for any data loss resulting from container expiration, sandbox limitations, or infrastructure failures. Users are responsible for exporting and backing up any artifacts generated during task execution.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" during the early access phase. The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, or uninterrupted availability.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ProquBe AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
The Company may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification clauses.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Atlanta, Georgia.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
